The space shuttle Endeavour is "Go" to launch Sunday, NASA said, after ground crews found no signs of damage from a lightning strike on Friday.
On Sunday morning around 9:00 a.m. EDT, the crews completed all the necessary check outs of the vehicle's critical systems and cleared the shuttle for lift off.

Canada's Julie Payette was poised once again to be launched into space Sunday as NASA officials gave the shuttle Endeavour the green light to blast off following three false starts.
NASA said the space shuttle suffered no damage from a violent electrical storm that crashed through Cape Canaveral two days ago, forcing the postponement of Saturday's liftoff.

Nasa will attempt a second launch of space shuttle Endeavour after lightning forces a day's delay, officials say.
Lift-off has been scheduled for 19:13 local time (23:13 GMT) on Sunday from the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida, some 24 hours later than planned.

The countdown to Saturday's launch of space shuttle Endeavour began Wednesday night.
At a 10 a.m. shuttle briefing, NASA officials said thunderstorms were a concern.  There's only a 40 percent chance of good weather for the launch.  Officials also said there is a 20 percent chance of weather prohibiting tanking.  
At this point, there is a 60 percent chance of good weather for launch on Sunday and 70 percent for Monday.
