Nova Vul 2007 #2 = V459 Vul
CBET 1181 announces the discovery of a nova in the constellation of the Vulpecula (Fox) by Hiroshi Kaneda.

V459 Vul

Position(2000): R.A. = 19h48m08s.89, Dec. = +21o15'26".8

The nova is at approximately magnitude 8. The first spectra observations suggest that the nova is probably at the pre-maximum stage; so an increase in luminosity is possible.
