The H-IIA Launch Vehicle No. 5 (H-IIA F5) with the IGS (Information Gathering Satellites) onboard was launched from the Tanegashima Space Center on March 28, 2003 (JST). The launch vehicle flew smoothly, and the IGS separation was confirmed.
