Cosmos-2393 satellite, may have competed its mission.
The orbit (Apogee 39695, Perigee 614km, Incl. 65.11) of the US-KS early-warning satellite, launched on 24 Dec 2002, was not increased during February 2007. This may be due to low fuel levels.
The satellite may still be fully operational.
The current Russian early-warning system consists of Cosmos-2393, Cosmos-2422 (29260) that is in a high-elliptical orbit, and Cosmos-2379 (26892) in a geostationary orbit.
Russian Space Forces are planning to launch a new US-KS satellite into the highly-elliptical orbit In 2007 .
