(369) Aeria / HD 155125 event

On 2018 Feb 18, 17:07 UT, the 70.8 km diameter asteroid (369) Aeria will occult a 3.0 mag star Eta Ophiuchi in the constellation Ophiuchus for observers along a path across New Zealand, Australia.

Asteroid (369) Aeria, provisional designation 1893 AE, is a metallic asteroid and the parent body of the Aeria family. The asteroid was discovered on 4 July 1893, by French astronomer Alphonse Borrelly at the Marseille Observatory in southeastern France
