NGC 6865 (PGC 64089) is a +15.0 magnitude lenticular galaxy located 217 million light-years away in the constellation Aquila.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Malta on the 28th June 1863.
