NGC 806 (also MCG -2-6-21, and PGC 7835 with PGC 3100716) is a pair of magnitude +13.9 and +14.7 interacting spiral galaxies located 181 and 176 million light-years away in the constellation Cetus.
NGC 806 was discovered by American astronomer Lewis A. Swift using a 40.6 cm (16 inch) Alvan Clark and Sons refractor at the Warner Observatory, East Avenue, Rochester, New York, on the 1st November 1886.
