NGC 41 (also IRAS 00101+2144, MCG 4-1-39 and PGC 865) is a magnitude +13.7 spiral galaxy located 273 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy is gravitationally interacting with NGC 42.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta on the 30th October 1864.
