NGC 1452 (also NGC 1455, ESO 549-12, IRAS 03430-1847, MCG -3-10-44 and PGC 13765) is a magnitude +11.8 lenticular galaxy located 80 million light-years away in the constellation Eridanus.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 6th October 1785.
The galaxy was rediscovered by Francis Leavenworth in 1886 and relisted as NGC 1455.
