NGC 676 (also MCG 1-5-34, UGC 1270 and PGC 6656) is a magnitude +11.9 lenticular galaxy located 69 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough on the 30th September 1786.
