NGC 334 (also ESO 351-26, IRAS 00564-3523, MCG -6-3-12 and PGC 3514) is a magnitude +13.6 barred spiral galaxy located 423 million light-years away in the constellation Sculptor.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at his Feldhausen Observatory at Wynberg in Cape Town on the 25th September 1834. 

Right Ascension 00h 58m 49.8s, Declination -35° 06' 56"
