NGC 199 (also MCG 0-2-111, UGC 415 and PGC 8182) is a magnitude +13.6 spiral galaxy located 211 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces.
The galaxy was discovered by German-Danish astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 24th September 1862.
