NGC 3538 is a magnitude +13.6 double star located in the constellation Draco.
The double star was discovered by German-Danish astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 15th September 1866.
