NGC 513 (also IRAS 01216+3332, MCG 6-4-16, UGC 953 and PGC 5174) is a magnitude +13.0 spiral galaxy located 269 million light-years away in the constellation Andromeda.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire on the 13th September 1784.

Right Ascension 01h 24m 26.9s, Declination +33° 47' 56"
