NGC 4264 (also MCG 1-32-1, UGC 7364 and PGC 39687) is a magnitude +12.8 lenticular galaxy located 116 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 13th April 1784.
