NGC 5752 (also Arp 297, MCG 7-30-60 and PGC 52685) is a magnitude +14.0 spiral galaxy located 209 million light-years away in the constellation Boötes. The galaxy is a member of Arp 297 interacting galaxy group: NGC 5752, NGC 5753, NGC 5754, NGC 5755.
The galaxy was discovered by Irish astronomer Lawrence Parsons, 4th Earl of Rosse using a 183-cm (72 inch) speculum reflector at Birr Castle on the 1st April 1878.
