NGC 3695 (also NGC 3698, MCG 6-25-78, UGC 6490 and PGC 35389) is a magnitude +13.9 barred spiral galaxy located 476 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
The galaxy was discovered by Danish-Irish astronomer Robert Stawell Ball using a 182.88 cm (72 inch) reflector at Birr Castle on the 31st March 1867. The galaxy was rediscovered by John Dreyer in March 1876 and relisted as NGC 3698.
