NGC 4781 (also IRAS 12517-1015, MCG -2-33-49 and PGC 43902) is a magnitude +11.1 spiral galaxy located 58 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo. 

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 25th March 1786.

Right Ascension 12h 54m 23.6s, Declination -10° 32' 10"
