NGC 3362 (also MCG 1-28-5, UGC 5857 and PGC 34335) is a magnitude 13.8 face-on spiral galaxy located 381 million light-years away in the constellation Leo.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) speculum reflector on the 22nd March 1864.
