NGC 2373 (also UGC 3848, IRAS07233 3355, MCG 6-17-4, GWT 177.14 or PGC 21016) is a magnitude +14.0 spiral galaxy located 358 million light-years away in the constellation Gemini.
The galaxy was discovered by George Johnstone Stoney, assistant astronomer to William Parsons, using a 182.88 cm (72 inch) speculum reflector at Birr Castle on the 20th February 1849.
