NGC 2813 (also UGC 4916, MCG 3-24-37, ZWG 91.61, NPM1G +20.0206 and PGC 26252) is a magnitude +14.3 lenticular galaxy located 404 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta, on the 17th February 1865.
