Frank Muller (10 September 1862, Virginia , USA - 19 April 1917, Virginia, USA) was an American astronomer, and close associate of Ormond Stone and Francis Leavenworth at the Leander McCormick Observatory. He discovered 83 astronomical objects now listed in the NGC catalogue, and thirteen in the IC catalogue. He is buried at the Warrenton Cemetery in Virginia.
