A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket with the SES 8 communications satellite is scheduled to launch from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, between 22:37 - 23:43 UT, 25th November 2013.

SES-8 will be co-located with NSS-6 to provide growth capacity over Asia-Pacific. The high performance beams will support rapidly growing markets in South Asia and Indo-China, as well as provide expansion capacity for DTH, VSAT and government applications.
