NGC 7435 (also UGC 12267, MCG 4-54-4, GWT 475.7 and PGC 70116) is a magnitude +14.3 SBa-type barred spiral galaxy, located 376 million light-years away in the constellation of Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by Irish astronomer R. J. Mitchell, assistant to William Parsons, 3rd Earl of Rosse, using the 'Parsonstown Leviathan' 182.88 cm (72 inch) reflector at Birr Castle on the 12th October 1855.
