A secret Japanese launch occurred today, January 27th 2013 at 04:40 UTC. The H-IIA vehicle in the 202 configuration launched the IGS Radar 4 and IGS Optical 5 payloads into orbit. This was the 22nd launch of a Japanese H-IIA.
