Comet P/2013 A2 (SCOTTI) was discovered by J. V. Scotti, on the 6th January, 2013.
The preliminary orbital elements of the comet indicate perihelion passage on the 16th May, 2013 at a distance of approximately 2 AU from the Sun, and an orbital period of 10 years.
