The 1100 - 2500 metre wide asteroid 2003 SD220 will make a close pass (59.8 lunar distances, 0.1536 AU), travelling at 10.18 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 23rd December, 2012 @ 04:02 UT ±00:01.
