The Proton rocket with the Luch 5B and Yamal 300K satellites successfully launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, at 21:05 GMT, 2nd November, 2012.

A Proton-M Briz-M (Ph.3) rocket with the Luch 5B and Yamal 300K satellites is scheduled to launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, at 21:05 GMT, 2nd November, 2012.

The Luch-5B spacecraft carries a laser-communication device.
