The 60 - 130 metre wide asteroid 2012 TG53 made a close pass (11.7 lunar distances, 0.0300 AU), travelling at 10.87 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 9th October, 2012 @ 10:37 UT ±00:01.

The Lunar Distance (LD), the distance between Earth and the Moon, equals 384,401 km, (or 0.00256 AU).
