The 67 - 150 metre wide asteroid 2012 RP15 will make a close pass (43.6 lunar distances, 0.1119 AU), travelling at 8.16 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 24th September, 2012 @ 19:02 UT ±00:29.
