MPEC 2012 - Q56

The 60 - 130 metre wide asteroid 2005 RZ2 will make a close pass (38.7 lunar distances, 0.0993 AU), travelling at 7.32 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 7th September, 2012 @ 22:02 UT ±00:01.
