The 48 - 110 metre wide asteroid 2012 PK24 will make a close pass (25.4 lunar distances, 0.0652 AU), travelling at 10.50 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 9th September, 2012 @ 08:17 UT ±10:40.
