The 34 - 75 metre wide asteroid 2012 OU1 will make a close pass (8.5 lunar distances, 0.0218 AU), travelling at 10.91 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 25th July, 2012 @ 23:32 UT ±00:01.
