Confirmed: 
The magnitude 14.6 supernova, 2012ah, was discovered on the 21st February, 2012, by S. Parker.

Position (2000): RA 23 25 59.63 | Dec -81° 54' 33.3"

A possible magnitude 14.6 supernova was discovered on the 21st February, 2012, in the spiral galaxy NGC 7637, in the constellation Octans.
The supernova is located 58" west and 8" north from the center of the galaxy.
As yet the type is unknown.
The galaxy also hosted the Type II Supernova, 1992ao

Position (2000): RA 23 25 59.63 | Dec -81° 54' 33.3"

z = 0.012402
