The 7 - 16 metre wide asteroid 2012 CS46 will make a close pass (2.7 lunar distances, 0.0071 AU), travelling at 7.25 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 25th February, 2012 @ 23:05 UT ±16:51.
