MPEC 2012 - C13

The 40 - 89 metre wide asteroid 2012 CD will make a close pass (57.6 lunar distances, 0.1480 AU), travelling at 12.68 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 7th February, 2012 @ 10:46 UT ±02:36.
