The 69 - 150 metre wide asteroid 2011 YU74 will make a close pass (12.3 lunar distances, 0.0315 AU), travelling at 5.13 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 25th February, 2012 @ 17:39 UT ±00:08.
