The 72 - 160 metre wide asteroid 2002 VU114 will make a close pass (23.3 lunar distances, 0.0598 AU), travelling at 8.63 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 4th December, 2011 @ 00:11 UT ±00:01.
