Possible supernova in UGC 5460

A possible magnitude 14.5 supernova was discovered on the 6th November, 2011, in the galaxy UGS 5460 in the constellation Ursa Major.
The supernova is located 67" east and 16" north from the center of the galaxy.
As yet the type is unknown.

Position (2000):     RA 10 08 10.58  |  Dec +51° 50' 57.6"
z = 0.003646
