Possible supernova in NGC 5425

A possible magnitude 15.9 Supernova was discovered on the 12th May, 2011, by T. Puckett. X. Gao and Z. Jin, in the galaxy NGC 5425 in the constellation Ursa Major.
The supernova is located 15.6" west and 8.4" north from the center of  the galaxy.
As yet the type is unknown.

Position(2000):  RA = 14 00 46.32, Dec = +48°26'46".4
z = 0.006918
