The go-ahead is given for Arianespace's April 15 dual-satellite payload flight with Ariane 5

The "green light" has been given for this week's heavy-lift Ariane 5 mission from the Spaceport in French Guiana, which is to orbit a dual-passenger payload consisting of two telecommunications satellites: THOR 7 and Sicral 2.

Arianespace will orbit the Sicral 2 military telecommunications satellite

Arianespace today announced that it has signed a service & solutions launch contract with Telespazio to orbit the new-generation Sicral 2 military telecommunications satellite as of November 2013.
With a liftoff mass of approximately 4,400 kg., Sicral 2 will be placed in a geostationary transfer orbit by an Ariane 5 launched from the Guiana Space Centre, Europes Spaceport in French Guiana.
