A SL-6 rocket body that was launched by a Molniya-M carrier rocket on the 17th September, 1991, from the Plesetsk launch site for the Molniya 3-48L mission is predicted to re-enter the Earths atmosphere on the 6th December, 2010 @ 10:54 GMT ± 48 hours.
