Comet P/2010 U2 (HILL) was discovered on the 1st October, 2010, by R. Hill (Catalina Sky Survey).
The preliminary orbital elements of the comet indicates a perihelion passage on the 9th November 2010, at a distance of approximately 2.5 AU from the Sun, and a orbital period of about 8.88 years.
