The magnitude 16.4 asteroid (2312) Duboshin will occult the magnitude 3.3 star HD 177716 (40 Sgr) in the constellation Sagittarius, at 09:14 UT, 8th August 2010 The 5.7 second event is visible from the Pacific Ocean and New Guinea.
