The magnitude 14.2 asteroid (547) Praxedis will occult the magnitude 4.5 star 55 Pegasus, in the constellation Pegasus, at ~07:11 UT, 11th June 2010. The 2.9 second event is visible from Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador.
