Asteroid (1091) Spiraea at magnitude 15.2 will occult the magnitude 6.3 star HD 81361 in the constellation Leo, at 14:26 UT,  2nd February, 2010.
The 2.4 second event is visible from Eastern  Russia.      

Position(2000): RA 09 25 32.5009,  Dec +16 35 08.115
