If NASA / International mission want to establish giant mirror in the space, what is the benefit and side effect of the giant space mirror?

IMO:
Pro
* increasing productivity (24 hours, 3 shift works)
* saving energy
* increasing agriculture production.
* weather modification.

Cons:
* light pollution.
* extinct animals, plants etc.
* insomnia.
* skin cancer.
* weather problem
