The June Aquilid meteor shower produce rather rapid (Velocity=38.6km/s) white meteors from a radiant in the constellation Aquila. Position(2000): RA=19.6h/293° Dec=-4.9° Solar longitude=86.0°
The June Aquilids occur between the 9th June and 2nd July with an hourly rate of between 13 and 35. The parent body is unknown.
