Hundreds of astronomers to invade Ithaca
The solar system will rock as more than 700 planetary scientists from around the world descend on Ithaca for the 40th annual meeting of the American Astronomical Society's Division for Planetary Sciences (DPS), held on the Cornell University campus, Oct. 10-15. Scientists will present talks and posters featuring the latest research on planets, moons, rings, asteroids, comets and beyond.
