A Kosmos 3M Rocket Body launched on the 19th June 2008 from the Kapustin Yar Launch Centre for the ORBCOMM mission, was predicted to re-enter the Earths atmosphere on the 1st July 2008@ 11:05 GMT ± 1 minute.

ORBCOMM Inc., a global satellite data communications company focused on providing two way Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications, today announced that it intends to launch six satellites; the Coast Guard Concept Demonstration satellite and five Quick Launch satellites on June 19, 2008 from the Russian Kapustin Yar launch facility at approximately 2:30 am (EDT). The satellites have completed all required inspections, functional testing, fuelling and integration onto the launch vehicle adapter. The satellites will be launched using a Cosmos 3M launch vehicle, which has a service record that includes more than 420 successful launches.
